For a January 1st effective date: Individual Health Open Enrollment is from November 1st through December 15th. These are the dates that you can apply for or change your health insurance coverage. Changes to the Alaska market now include two Insurance Company's offering ACA approved plans in Alaska; Premera Blue Cross BlueShield of Alaska and MODA. Plus, we can write Short Term Medical to cover anytime during the year.
